The Customer Success team of ItsMyCargo will be available for Technical Support to Customer via both telephone and electronic mail on weekdays during the hours of 8:00 am through 8:00 pm Central European Time, with the exclusion of National Holidays (“Support Hours”).
Customer may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours by calling +49 151 5908 5855 or any time by emailing support@itsmycargo.com.
Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all helpdesk tickets within one (1) business day.
